'Surya Son of Krishnan' has reportedly earned close to Rs 2 crores in 2 days from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, and the film is also expected to add another crore on its third day. With the response for the 15-year-old film's re-release, Suriya has proved his fan power in Telugu states, and that's why Telugu people call him as the adopted son of Tollywood.
Directed by Gautham Menon, 'Vaaranam Aayiram' aka 'Surya Son of Krishnan' features Suriya in a dual role as father and son, and the film is about the life journeys of Suriya's both characters.
