 Cement is for bonding
In the West, weddings are very slippery; hence there is much ado about wedding anniversaries. In India too weddings these days are not to be taken for granted. Wedlock is broken at an alarming frequency in our traditional society too.In my circle of friends, the middle aged group, wedding anniversaries are celebrated with much gusto because we never know about tomorrow, the fatal attractions and body chemistry. One couple went on a cruise to the Caribbean for their wedding anniversary. Another couple spent the day in the midst of pharos and the Pyramids in Egypt.
