He is the founder and chairman of Capcon Holdings plc which carries
out corporate investigations, business intelligence gathering,
research and audit services. He is also a non-executive director of
Vantis plc, an accountancy and financial services business. Both of
these companies are quoted on the Alternative Investment Market.
Prior to this he was founder and chief executive of Capitol Group
plc, a security business that was fully quoted on the London Stock
Exchange. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the
Remuneration Committee.

CHIEF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - APPOINTED 30 JUNE 2006
He has some 25 years' general management experience and has
held board-level appointments with major organisations over the
past 17 years. From his background within the aerospace industry,
he joined Celtic Football Club and enjoyed five successful years as
business operations director before joining Fulham Football Club as
chief executive in 2003. At Fulham he oversaw the club's
highest ever finish in the FA Premier League and its first bottom
line profit for more than ten years. He has an honours degree in
Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University (formerly
Glasgow College of Technology) and has completed advanced and
strategic management programmes at the INSEAD European Business
School in France.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR - APPOINTED 30 JUNE 2006
He held a number of operational and legal positions at United
Parcel Service, before becoming Human Resources Manager at Harrods.
He joined Fulham Football Club in 1997 when they were in the Second
Division. He enjoyed a successful nine year spell at Fulham where
he was instrumental in creating an organisation which rapidly
achieved two promotions and firmly establish itself in the FA
Premier League. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree (Hons) from
Frostburg State University, USA and a Juris Doctor Degree from the
University of Baltimore School of Law in the USA.

EXECUTIVE FINANCE DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY
David Jones is a chartered accountant who joined the Company as
Financial Controller in 1989, was appointed Company Secretary in
1991, and appointed to the Board in 1994. He is a trustee for
Saints in the Community and was appointed to the Board of
Southampton Football Club in July 2006.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR
Andy Oldknow, aged 37, was appointed as Executive Director of the
PLC in June 2007.
The Club's Commercial Director is a former Head of Marketing at Everton and Head of Commercial at Fulham and has vast experience in the game.
He worked as an Account Executive with IMG from 1994 to 1997, managing delivery of all commercial and contractual matters on behalf of the FA/Wembley Stadium and their eight blue chip commercial partners.
He became Marketing Manager at the FA from 1997 to 2000, where he negotiated the then biggest sports sponsorship deal in the UK, AXA's sponsorship of the FA Cup worth £24m.
Andy has worked in both the United States (IMG) and Asia (Octagon) where he worked on the creation of a new football club in the Korean K-League and with the organising committee for World Cup 2002.
In 2005 he co-founded Sports Path International, a business specialising in the provision of online sports education solutions for sports and media rights holders. He remains a non-executive Director.
He was appointed as Saints' Commercial Director in July 2006 and stressed his immediate priority was to talk to the Supporters to find out exactly what they wanted from the Club. Since then he has set up a wide range of fan-friendly initiatives including Club Saints, JSaints, and setting up the Club's new Supporter Services division and a corporate loyalty scheme. He was appointed as an Executive Director on the PLC Board in June 2007.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - APPOINTED 30 JUNE 2006
Chairman of the Nominations Committee and a member of the Audit
Committee. Chairman of the Fullers Group, comprising of autonomous
companies associated with the telecommunications, defence, oil,
space, medical and marine industries. Mr Crouch is the founder of
the Fullers Group and responsible for its current standing in the
global market place. He is also a director of a number of private
companies, a trustee of a local charity and a lifelong Saints
fan.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR - APPOINTED 30 JUNE 2006
He is chairman of Trant Holdings, a building, civil, mechanical and
electrical engineering group based in Southampton, which was
founded by his father. He is also a director of Rose Bowl Plc, the
owner of Hampshire Cricket Club. He is a lifelong Saints fan. He is
a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees.
K ST JOHN WISEMAN
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Keith Wiseman was appointed to the Board in 1997 and has served as
a Director of Southampton Football Club since 1987. He is a
solicitor and the City Coroner. He is a member of the Remuneration
Committee.
