'Miss you snuggle buddy': Kendall Jenner posts rare throwback snap with brother Rob Kardashian

The Kardashian and Jenner sisters are practically joined at the hip, doing pretty much everything together.

By contrast their brother Rob has been keeping out of the limelight as he struggled with personal issues.

But Kendall Jenner posted a rare snap to Instagram of her taking a nap with her reclusive sibling, late in the early hours of Sunday morning.

It seems most likely to be a cute throwback photo, as she captioned it: 'Missing you, snuggle buddy'.

The 19-year-old fashion model is seen wearing a hooded top with just her facial features seen from the side, and her eyes closed.

She's snuggled up to her 'buddy', whose face is concealed by a grey hoodie, but Kendall identified him as Rob.

Rob, 28, has been laying low and dealt with his weight battle and personal demons.

He gained around 100lbs in one year but under the tutelage of celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson has dropped the pounds, and begun posting pictures of his new trimmer self.

He also recently posted a screenshot of texts between him and Chris Brown's ex-girlfriend, Karrueche Tran sparking rumours of a romance between the two.

Bi sister Kim, 34, even revealed last month that she'd been on a hike with her brother, after her husband - 38-year-old Kanye West - was reportedly instrumental in both Rob's weight loss and his repaired relationship with the rest of the family.

Last March, Rob publicly attacked Kim - drawing parallels between her and Rosamund Pike's character Amy Elliott-Dunne, the cunning villain of 2014 movie Gone Girl.

'This is my sister Kim, the b**** from Gone Girl,' Rob captioned an image of Pike's character covered in blood back in March, before later deleting it.

And back in May 2014 Rob dramatically snubbed his sister's wedding to Kanye West in Italy.

After flying in from Los Angeles to attend, he decided not to go at the last minute and caught a flight home.

It was rumoured at the time he left because he didn't want to be pictured in family wedding photos due to his weight gain.

His mother Kris Jenner has been open in her challenges in trying to find the best ways to offer him effective support.

'Rob is living in L.A. right now and he's doing well, finding out what makes him tick and struggling with some stuff,' Kris told E! News earlier this summer. 'My job is to be there for him and to love him as hard as I can. Everybody goes through stuff.'
