Stephen Belafonte was spotted driving the former nanny who had threesomes with the film producer and his ex wife Mel B during their marriage.
The 44-year-old was pictured at the wheel of a car with Lorraine Gilles, who Mel previously falsely alleged was impregnated by Stephen and been paid $241,000 to have an abortion.
Lorraine, who was married to ex-husband Michael Bleau at the time, was forced to deny the affair and said she fell pregnant by another man.

However, Mel was forced to admit she had had an affair with German-born Lorraine despite initially telling the court it was her husband who had the affair and the pair plotted against her.
It is currently unclear why Stephen and Lorraine were out together when they were spotted chatting and sat together in his black 4x4.

In April earlier this year, Mel made an out of court payment of £1.8 million to the former nanny after Lorraine filed a defamation lawsuit against the singer two years ago.
Lorraine also sued her former employer for legal fees she incurred before Mel dropped a restraining order she filed against her.
The musician avoided further appearances in court and has brought the trial to an end with the large payout following a lengthy legal battle.

The settlement prevents any details from her previous relationships, including her tumultuous marriage to ex-husband Stephen, from being revealed in court.
If her court case continued, she could have faced a bill of almost £5million in legal costs if she lad lost and would have had to call upon pals such as Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum and the rest of the Spice Girls to stand witness at the LA Superior Court.
A source told The Mirror at the time: 'Mel was just happy to clear this mess up once and for all.
'Things were said in court papers in the heat of a divorce, which exploded into this lawsuit. But in recent weeks their frost has thawed, with them even meeting in the same room to work out their differences.

Mel was being sued by Lorraine for $232,000 in legal costs after the America's Got Talent judge dropped a restraining order against the ex-nanny, court documents obtained by DailyMail.com revealed.
Legal documents show Mel was facing a court hearing in March if she didn't pay Lorraine for legal fees incurred during an eight-month battle over the restraining order.

Lorraine, who became embroiled in Mel's bitter divorce from ex husband Stephen, was awarded the money - to cover costs and legal fees - by an arbitrator on December 18 last year.
The court papers reveal that the money relates to a private settlement between the two women in November 2017 that saw Mel suddenly drop a restraining order application against Lorraine after an eight-month legal battle.
At the time Stephen claimed Mel paid Lorraine off and settled our case a day before the trial to bury all the evidence in the deposition, 'so the world didn't get to know the real Melanie Brown.'
