Cindy Crawford, 53, still looks good in her skinny jeans as she strolls alone in NYC after checking in on her model daughter Kaia Gerber, 17

Cindy Crawford was spotted Wednesday out for a walk in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan.

The iconic supermodel sported a chic but casual look with a black dress shirt tucked into a pair of fitted jeans. She completed the ensemble with a classic pair of wayfarer sunglasses, perfect for the beautiful New York day.

The shades clearly weren't enough to mask her identity though. The video vixen of the '90s is still turning heads as photos show a passerby realizing who she just encountered.

The wife and mother was recently seen enjoying a day out in the city with 17-year-old daughter Kaia Gerber.

Following in her mother's footsteps, Gerber had just walked in the Alexander Wang show. It was only the most recent in her thriving modeling career.

Crawford lives with husband Rande Gerber in Malibu. Gerber is a fellow former model and successful entrepreneur, founder of nightlife companies Midnight Oil and the Gerber Group.

The couple was married in 1998, and they have two children: Kaia, 17, and Presley Gerber, 19.

They recently celebrated 21 years of marriage. For their wedding anniversary, they both took to Instagram with some adorable throwback photos.

Gerber captioned a photo: 'I didn’t just choose the most beautiful girl in the world, I chose the girl that made my world more beautiful. Happy anniversary my Angel!'

With that marriage milestone under their belt, they put their Malibu beachfront bungalow on the market last month. They bought the 2,413-square-foot house in the late '90s for $1.85 million and are selling for almost $7.5 million.

It appears they're making room for their recent real estate purchase. The couple recently bought a single-story desert getaway in the Coachella Valley for $5.4 million. It was a relative steal, given it was listed for $6.5 million.

Crawford recently spoke to Architectural Digest about her family's three (now four) homes.

She said: 'Right now we have three. We have our main house, in Malibu, which we've had for 15 years, and we have a lake cottage in Canada, which is on the East Coast, outside of Toronto.

'Then, we just bought a house last year in Beverly Hills, because our kids were getting older. Malibu's great when they're little, but they're starting to be like, "It's so boring here, we wanna be in town."'
