Trafford utilizes Content Distributors, LLC for printing and distribution fulfillment.
Please note: As a print-on-demand provider, Content Distributors, LLC prints each order as it is placed. Softcover books take up to two days to print and pack before shipping. Dust jacket hardcover books can take five days to print and pack before shipping. All shipping timelines and service levels are based on the date your books leave the printing warehouse. You'll receive an e-mail on the day your order is shipped. This e-mail will contain shipping tracking numbers if you've selected a tracked shipping method.
Your books can be shipped from a variety of printing warehouses. This variation is based on your geography and the availability of the products in your order. In most cases, this variation will decrease shipping times as the orders have less distance to travel to reach you.
What gets the books to me faster?
Expedited Shipping is available for an additional charge. When selecting the Expedited option, you understand the books will ship after the designated production time as outlined above. (Examples: Expedited Shipping on a paperback book will arrive approximately three to four days after the order has been processed. Expedited Shipping on a hardcover book will arrive approximately seven to eight days after the order has been processed.)
International Shipping
International Shipping is any order not destined for the United States, Canada, Great Britain or Australia. In order to ensure tracking on international shipments, please choose an Express shipment method. As with all of our shipping methods, tracking information will be forwarded to the e-mail address provided during registration. If the books do not arrive or are damaged, they cannot be replaced. Delivery time depends on location.
Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of our business, all orders are printed at the time of order and cannot be cancelled or changed once the order is completed. Titles are nonreturnable. Please double check all shipping/billing addresses, quantities and shipping options before submitting your order.
Free Shipping
All free shipping is sent via United States Postal Service Priority Mail shipping. This shipping is tracked for U.S. domestic orders.
