Sarah, dressed in a green tank top and black pants, looked glamorous despite being attached to wires in a hospital room.

'Happy Birthday Con Con. I love you, even though it's tomorrow. But since you all are dancing like that here I go,' she began.

On Wednesday, Sarah was seen leaving a cryotherapy session in LA. Cyrotherapy, also called cold therapy, is reportedly used to 'reduce inflammation and swelling that causes pain,' according to Healthline.

Since childhood, Sarah has suffered from kidney issues, and has undergone two transplants.

In 2012, her father donated one of his kidneys to her, but her body rejected it several years later. Her brother stepped up in 2017 to replace it.

'About seven years ago, I had my kidney transplant. My dad gave me his,' she began in an interview with Self in December 2018.

'But what most people don't know is that about two years ago exactly, I went into rejection,' she said between tears.

She admitted that it felt like it was her fault, 'when a family member gives you a second chance at life, and it [her kidney transplant] fails. '

Sarah has had 'seven surgeries before the age of four,' and believed to have had at least 16 in her life at that time.
