TVC Wins Victory Against Wasteful AIDS Funding
Summary: After more than two years of lobbying work on Capitol Hill, the Traditional Values Coalition has finally achieved a victory over the blatant misuse of tax dollars by the Stop AIDS Project in San Francisco.
The Traditional Values Coalition lobbied long and hard in Congress to get the
Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to defund homosexual-run AIDS organizations
that were misusing American tax dollars. This
week, the CDC announced $49 million in AIDS grants—and the Stop AIDS Project
was not included among the grantees.
TVC had published an expose on the Stop AIDS Project’s misuse of tax dollars and
other homosexual-controlled organizations supposedly fighting the spread of AIDS.
The Stop AIDS Project once received as much as $700,000 a year from the CDC to
fight AIDS. The project used tax dollars to fund fisting seminars (teaching homosexuals
how to insert their arms and fists into the rectums of their sex partners) and
a "Tranny Fag" forum to discuss transgenderism and the male sex organ. TVC’s report,
"Federal
AIDS Dollars Fund Homosexual Proms And Fisting Seminars," describes the
activities of this organization and other homosexual-controlled groups receiving
tax dollars.
